Manufacturing and Assembly Infrastructure

High-end products need high-end infrastructure. Our production bases on the principles of lean production and consists of fully automatic hybrid or electric plastic injection machines from the leading brands ENGEL and Arburg.

Fully automatic robots on every machine guarantee a fast and process secure handling of your products. They cover a range of 25 to 260 tons of clamping force, are fully digitally connected and thus build the core of industry 4.0 at our site. 2K and 3K injection molding is executed by the use of mobile babyplast aggregates of the renowned brand Christmann.

We process all standard technical elastomers (NR, NBR, SBR, CR, SI, EPDM, HNBR, AEM, FKM, i.e.) and thermoplastics (PA, POM, TPE, TPU, ABS, PP, PE, u.a.) and are skilled with long term know-how.

We manufacture comprehensive assemblies made of elastomers, thermoplastics and metal, some on automated assembly machines. Custom specific designed, exactly for your purpose. Leading companies rely on our experience in the field of complex assemblies for decades.
